A Taco Bell worker was allegedly fired for wearing a Black Lives Matter mask despite Taco Bell's claims that their policies do not prohibit workers from doing so. In general, Taco Bell seems to be catering to younger demographic and therefore very quickly returned to "normal" social media posts after June 2020.
We scour the company’s website and official social media channels to determine what message they are sending around racial injustice, how they are communicating it, and whether their communications are perceived as genuine or performative.
